We are experiencing a similar problem in Buccleuch with people / vehicles dumping illegally on vacant property and it seems into the Jukskei River.

In the article appearing in the Sandton Chronicle the suggestion is to take photographs of the people and especially the vehicle registration numbers and Whatsapp to the Metro bylaws department as sending these images to the right department will speed up the process for something to be done.
