Please be advised that the Draft Basic Assessment Report (DBAR) for a proposed mixed-use development with associated infrastructure on the remainder of Portion 1 and Portion 31 of the farm Bergvallei 37 IR, within the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality has been submitted to the Gauteng Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, and the Environment (GDARDE).
