BRA has put pressure on the city and have impressed upon them the importance of cleaning up the river which still has much debris from the November 2016 flash floods.  The clean up will include removal of large tree trunks, silt debris and other large items that were left deposited in or along the river banks.

The team comprises of members of Ward 32 as well as the city entities.

They are most encouraged by a smile and wave when you go pass.  If you are able to drop off refreshments for them it will be greatly appreciated and go a long way to boosting the morale - Its a dirty job, and they have taken up the challenge.
