Please refer to the attached Public Notice regarding the proposed Waterfall Fields EIA Mixed Use Development for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) phase and due to the following reasons the Public Participation Process for the EIA phase is repeated:

•             Joint Venture between applicant and another developer;
•             A higher density residential cluster;
•             Additional access from Maxwell Drive to cater for additional traffic; and
•             New access from Maxwell Drive on property not owned by applicant.

Please take note that the Amended Draft EIA Report is also available for public review from Friday, 17 June to Monday, 18 July 2016 on our website: www.bokamoso.net and also at the Plantland Crowthorne.
