NOTICE OF A BASIC ASSESSMENT AND WATER USE LICENSE PROCESS FOR THE PROPOSED REHABILITATION/ UPGRADE/ EROSION PROTECTION MEASURES/ REPLACEMENT OF THE BUCCLEUCH DRIVE BRIDGE IN BUCCLEUCH, GAUTENG PROVINCE.
Envirolution Consulting (Pty) Ltd are the independent consultants appointed by the Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) to undertake the Basic Assessment and Water Use License processes for the abovementioned project.
As part of this study, we have identified your Department/ Organisation/ Private Person as a potential Interested and/ or Affected Party (I&AP) and would therefore like to inform you about the proposed project and the Basic Assessment process. Kindly complete the attached “comments and registration” sheet (last page of the attached Notification Letter) should you wish to register as an I&AP for the proposed project or if you are aware of any other party that should be included in the I&AP database for further communication. For information on the proposed project, please see notification letter attached. The “comments and registration” sheet should be returned on or before Monday, 28th May 2018.
