A Draft Scoping Report has been published by Leapenviro on behalf of the developers of Frankenwald. The report covers various aspects that will be considered and/or reported to the developers before embarking on the mixed-use developmeny project.

Many of the points submitted by BRA and the Kelvin Residents Association in our joint Frankenwald Development Committee (FDC) comments are either mentioned in this draft report or generally incorporated into the requirements for consideration by the developers.
