Notice is given in terms of Regulations published in Government Notice R. 982 in Government Gazette No. 38282 of 04 December 2014, under Sections 24(5), and 44, of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No.107 of 1998), as amended, that Johannesburg Roads Agency SOC Limited (JRA) has received Environmental Authorisation for the construction proposed stormwater management system on Gibson Drive across the N3 Highway in Buccleuch.

Should you wish to appeal any aspect of the decision, you must submit your appeal including supporting documentation by no later than (Monday, 09 January 2017) to the appeal administrator.
