Please receive the following invitation for the Land Use Scheme public participation which will be held on Wednesday 06 September 2017 and share with members of your communities.
The Land Use Scheme covers all areas that are on the City’s land. That will be our residential properties, businesses, day care centres, open land management, building extensions, building restrictions, building line areas, parking development requirements
For offices, restaurants, exhibition halls, funeral parlours, liquor outlets, and many more other land uses.
The Region will be hosting 2 sessions on the day, 12:00 and 18:00 at Marlboro Hall. These sessions are very important to residents and businesses.
The draft Land Use Scheme draft document is available for viewing and comments at 137 Daisy Street, Sandton, Building 1 reception; 08:00 – 15:00 until 13 October 2017.
